Order & Shipping Details
Order Finality
Orders should be reviewed carefully before confirmation. Once an order is placed, no changes, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted.
Processing & Shipping
Online orders will be processed and shipped within 7 to 21 business days for local delivery.
For international orders, the estimated delivery time is 21 to 28 business days. WULT is not responsible for any import duty and/or tax and customs Clearance Service Charges Payment.
SF Express Surcharges
SF Express charges an additional fee for deliveries to remote areas in Hong Kong, which will be collected at the time of delivery. Customers are responsible for this surcharge; for full terms and conditions, please view the SF Express website.
Order Tracking
An email notification will be sent when the order has been successfully shipped. The tracking number can be accessed via the "View My Order" section.
No In-Store Pickup
Online orders are not eligible for in-store pickup.
Membership & Promotions
Membership points cannot be used for Mega Sale orders, and the promotion cannot be combined with other offers.
Shipping Updates
Customers are encouraged to download the SF Express app and enable notifications to receive shipping updates.
Urgent Orders
Orders will be shipped as quickly as possible. For urgent purchases, it is recommended to visit our stores directly.
