Membership, loyalty points, and rewards are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member for the purposes described in the program.

Loyalty points are calculated based on the actual net purchase amount. Shipping fees, discounts, and the value of any coupons or cash vouchers are excluded from point accumulation.

All points deducted upon redemption are non-refundable. Redeemed vouchers cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted into cash or other alternatives. Please note that redeemed vouchers are not applicable during specific promotional periods.

Redeemed vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of redemption.

Points are earned exclusively for the recycling of authentic, full-sized Woke Up Like This or Skin Need glass bottles. While travel sizes, samples, and sachet products can be recycled, they are not eligible for the HK$10 discount reward.

Birthday gifts can be shipped along with any online order or collected in-person at our stores. We do not provide a separate mailing service for birthday gifts.

Woke Up Like This reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, Woke Up Like This reserves the right of final decision.

In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
