Order & Shipping Details

  1. Orders
    should be reviewed carefully before confirmation. Once an order is placed,
    no changes, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted.
  2. Online
    orders will be processed and shipped within 14 to 21 business days.
  3. An
    email notification will be sent when the order has been successfully
    shipped. The tracking number can be accessed via the "View My
    Order" section.
  4. Online
    orders are not eligible for in-store pickup.
  5. Membership
    points cannot be used for Mega Sale orders, and the promotion cannot be
    combined with other offers.
  6. Customers
    are encouraged to download the SF Express app and enable notifications to
    receive shipping updates.
  7. Orders
    will be shipped as quickly as possible. For urgent purchases, it is
    recommended to visit stores directly.

Other Items

  1. The
    "Wake-Up Snapshot" photography service at the K11 store will be
    temporarily unavailable during the Mega Sale period.
  2. The
    beauty room at the Hysan store will be temporarily unavailable and used
    for Mega Sale activities.
  3. During
    the Mega Sale period, welcome gifts, the referral program, and the empty
    bottle recycling program will be temporarily suspended until the end of
    the Mega Sale.
