Pour toner into the pad until it is completely and thoroughly soaked. Apply onto cleansed face and leave on for 3-5 minutes. Remove the cotton pad, squeeze any excess toner onto your palms, and pat onto the skin until fully absorbed. Follow with your usual skincare routin
